” Pay as you go”

One of the main differences between our Associate Partnership Scheme and other franchises is that there is no large initial investment of 10′s of thousands of pounds, we operate an ‘Pay As You Go’ model with no long term tie-in period.

By working on an ‘Pay As You Go’ basis you are able to build the fee income at your pace without the added pressure of a large initial investment and only one placement within your first 3 months can make your business profitable.

Profitability

Your main aim is to become profitable as soon as possible and by setting your recruitment business up as part of the RZ Online Associate Partnership Scheme you are much more likely to achieve this within 3 months.

Recruitment is hard work but can be very rewarding. Below is a typical example of potential earnings within the ‘office employment sector’ Client has a Customer Service Agent vacancy paying a starting salary of £21,000. You as the Recruiter charge a fee of 8.5% of that salary to fill the position (average fees in the industry are 15-18% but you regulate your own fee)

When you successfully place a Candidate with your Client an invoice is charged for £1,785 plus VAT @ 20%

You receive 60% of the net fee = £1,071 – If you place 1 candidate a month that’s £12,852 per year.

It’s most likely you will place 3 + Candidates a month = £3,213 per month = £38.565 per year.

If you promoted, you will receive 80% of the net fee instead of t 60% as a bonus!

Here’s the calculations:

One £21000 candidate you get £1,071 net fee.

Ten £21000 candidates a month you will get:

£1785 x 10 x 80% = £14280 per month = £171360 per year.

How do I get going?

• Once you receive your Digital Associate Agreement (pdf). Please sign and return ASAP. If you prefer you can digital sign the Agreement and email to us.

• Upon completion of the Associate Agreement, we will book you in for your online training session.

• Between the time you become an Associate and your training session.
We will set you up with your own personal account for our secured CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. You will need an internet access.
